Raymond HUMPHREYS - Retired Detective Sergeant in the Metropolitan Police Service with 34 years experience in the Police Service which has involved 31 years in Crime Investigation and 13 years as a Controlled Drug Inspector. He has been active in all aspects of Destruction, Inspection, Investigation, Monitoring, Training and has an established network of working in partnership with ALL the other Healthcare Agencies. He has also been involved in the practical working parties formed by the Department of Health – Advisory Group, RPSGB - Monitoring & Inspection Group, NPC - Competency Framework Group. Currently engaged on the Department for Health working group on the Controlled Drug Record Card. He recognised a NEED and formed the Controlled Drug Bureau Company Limited with the consultants below to provide ALL the expertise to Investigate, Inspect, Monitor and provide the Training Needs in Controlled Drugs..

Doctor A. S. RANU MBChB, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFFP, DCH Dip Occ Med, DMJ, MFFLM – a Doctor formerly in general practice now working full time as a Forensic Medical Examiner for the Metropolitan & Essex Police Services he is also engaged in a private capacity in Occupational Health. Note his qualifications - he is an 'EXPERT' witness. He is fully trained in Medical Advice & Examinations, preparing Reports and Statements for Criminal & Civil Cases together with Attending Court and Associated Legal Proceedings giving EVIDENCE.

Mr D. PHARVINDER B. Pharm MPS - a Pharmacist with 25 years in the Community. Experience of providing the ‘clinical’ guidance to local General Practitioners and Nursing Homes. Also, provides Training to Staff on ‘protocols’ for prescribing medication in Care & Nursing.

Trainers – lead by a trainer with an MA Cert Ed. We can deliver the package you require.

Research Analyst   – currently employed on analytical work in property management.

Accountants for the Company who are also willing to undertake any work.
